"Coastal Remodeling screened in my front porch in November 2023. Upon initial inspection, the porch looked good although they did not paint the new trim boards inside the screens, meaning those new boards did not match the rest of the white trim boards on the porch. Unfortunately, one month after installation, one of the screens came loose from the frame leaving a large entrance for mosquitoes. In addition a second screen became very loose a few weeks after installation. Furthermore the screen door they installed is dragging on the porch flooring making it difficult to open and close the screen door. Pretty awkward welcome into my home. I have managed to keep out the mosquitoes with some wide white gorilla tape to match the white frame of the screens, but it does not look “finished”. I have been communicating with Todd for two months about repairing the mistakes even offering to pay him because I am going to put my house on the market in three weeks. Todd promised he would do the work in September. But Todd is no longer responding to me. I will look for a more reliable company next time."
