"Once again, we had an excellent experience with Custom Exteriors. 11 years ago, we purchased Milgard windows for the whole house from Custom Exteriors which included a lifetime warranty. Overall, we've been happy with the windows. But recently one of the window's metal crank mechanisms broke. First, we called Milgard, but they were giving us the run around. We next called Custom Exteriors and talked with Chris the Service Coordinator. We explained the situation and how Milgard wasn't being helpful. Despite Custom Exteriors not working with Milgard windows anymore, Chris still agreed to send out a couple of service guys to fix the window. We told Chris that we would be happy to pay for one additional window crank to be replaced since it's the same age as the one that broke. Chris said that Custom Exteriors would replace that crank for free as well even though it wasn't broken. It's been a few days since both windows' cranks were replaced, and everything is working great. Thank you, Chris, and Custom Exteriors!"

"While it took longer than expected to get it all installed due to manufacturer delays, I am happy with the overall result. Brad was very responsive and good at keeping in touch. Installation took place in a couple of bursts and this was not a problem for me. My major concern ws getting my side door into the garage that had been kicked in by thieves replaced and that happened on a timely basis. They kept things clean despite the messy work involved. I had locksets with keypads installed and they took that in stride. They were mindful of my cat who'd had surgery and couldn't go outside and tolerant of my elderly, deaf cat who got in the way. In fact, Joe asked me if my cat was deaf and I said no. My bad, because I hadn't noticed that he actually was. Also, they work with lender that enabled me o finance the project for 12 months at 0 interest. All in all, I am very happy with my new windows and doors. <br />"

"It went well from scheduling, quote, removal and installation. the frameless enclosure looks great. Just a minor issue, the area where the old framed was they used almond color caulking to hide the old area. The caulking doesn't match the current grout or tile and the door seal is making a grove in the caulking. This could be a potential issue long term if not corrected."
