"After contacting three different companies for an estimate to clean our gutters, Mr. Vickers was the first to respond and with a reasonable estimate. After speaking to one of the other three companies, and not hearing from the third company, I went with Mr. Vickers. We scheduled an appointment for late morning a few days later. When he did not show up at the appointed time, I waited another two hours and called him. He apologized for being late and said he was behind schedule. He finally showed up another 45 minutes later and got to work. He cleaned out all the gutters and downspouts and cleaned up afterwards. It rained hard the next day, and the cleaned out gutters/downspouts worked much better."
