"The move took more than twice as long as initially quoted, mainly due to the slow pace of work. Additionally, the truck provided was too small to accommodate all of my belongings in one trip, resulting in extended labor time, which was beyond my control. Moreover, I felt very uncomfortable being asked to pay a substantial amount directly to the movers while they stood in my kitchen at 8:00 PM on a Saturday. This request was made outside of regular office hours, leaving me unable to speak with an administrator about the matter. The entire situation felt coercive, and I would have expected a more professional resolution. In light of these issues, I requested a partial refund to cover the unexpected overtime charges, which were outside of my control. Unfortunately, my request was denied. Summary: The estimate process was unprofessional. The movers were noticeably slow. The movers insisted on receiving payment in my kitchen before leaving, which felt very aggressive and unprofessional."
