On removing the drywall we found 2 foundation cracks which needed repairing and they were able to recommend someone to fix it. The only problem I had with Bernhardt was that when they disconnected the TV and theater sound system, no one thought to take a picture or take notes. When questioned, I was assured by 3 people that they could put it back no problem. Sadly, this proved not to be the case and we had some trouble getting it all hooked up."
