I explained to Julie that when the landscaper came to my home, I wanted them to correct the damage aside from giving me an estimate on the other work I needed. She told me that if I don't like what happened, then I don't need to use them and said they are busy enough and don't need my business and hung up on me. I called several other times and asked that a manager or owner call me back and no call has been returned. i have had a lot of work done on my home and have never seen a business so careless and unprofessional."
