In December I notified them that the concrete had cracked again for the fourth time and they told me that I would need to sign a form to release them of all future liability or they would not come out to repair it. I explained to them that I would not sign it and they need to repair it and make it right, which they did. On January 5, 2026 I contacted them to inform Albert's for the fifth time that the concrete has cracked, and they did not respond. On January 6, 2026, I called your company to report them. Later that day someone from Albert's contacted me to say that they could come out in 2 weeks to look at it. Since then, I have noticed two other cracks in different areas."
