The issue was due to be fixed 2 days after inspection, however, he returned the next day due to expected rain on the original date of return. The prices quoted were reasonable and they didn't express urgency for the most expensive option. So far what's been done has been a success. "

We had a gutter that was pulling away from the roof which was a problem during heavy rainstorms. We determined that in order to prevent squirrels doing further damage that the nearby tree had to be trimmed back. To my satisfaction, Shaw was equipped to offer this service at an additional reasonable price. I appreciated that either one or the other owners was at the job site throughout the project. Clean up was excellent, as was communication with Shaw. "
