"Our yard was in horrific condition after years of tenant neglect. We mainly had sand a few seasons worth of leaves. Chris was very professional, returned my calls and texts promptly, and gave us a great price to get the yard cleaned up. After the leaves were gone, he scheduled hydroseeding on our behalf and gave me specific instructions for maintaining the lawn (watering, fertilizing) until it was at a height that he could mow. Chris stayed in touch regularly and kept up wth status updates. When the lawn was ready to be mowed regularly, he gave us a fair quote and has consistently done a terrific job. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Chris and his company helping bring our outdoors back to life and provide a great yard for our daughter to play in. You won't regret using Pavilion! "Initially, we were very happy. The spring clean-up was great. Mowing was on the high side, but they did not have many clients in the area. We understood and agreed to $50 per mow because we were happy with the spring clean up. The next visit was for power washing the fence and walkway, cleaning the gutters and mulch. They did a great job, but were unable to finish the fence that day. Based on past performance, I paid the invoice in full. I received several assurances that they would be back to finish. However, they have not returned since May 9th. We got replacement mowing service and contacted Jarrett on June 12 to cancel mowing and to find out when they would be returning to finish the fence and whether or not they would be completing the other work I had requested. He replied within an hour and promised that they would return ASAP, complete the fence and provide the other services. That was the last I heard. We were pleased with the work that was completed. But obviously disappointed that we paid in full for a job that was not completed. It's been more than 3 months since the last contact. It would've been much more professional to issue a partial refund in June, since they knew they were not going to return. <br />"
