They did a super job. They were on time and wow, do they work hard! They replaced the cracked broke up driveway and added an extension to the side of the house! We did a revision after they have framed everything and he was very helpful and took care of it the next morning. He stated it would be done within the week as long as no rain. "Elliot Davis, owner, is highly professional, incredibly responsive, respectful, and trustworthy. We can’t say enough about his attention to detail, which is amazing. During the planning stage of phase 1 of our project, Elliot patiently listened to our desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could be encountered. We were extremely lucky and grateful to have Elliot personally oversee the project. He is a ‘hands-on” owner working side-by-side with his craftsmen who were also courteous, caring, and hardworking. "They came in and they did some super duper work on the roof. We had dorm earth and they resealed the dormers. That is where they think possibly a lot of the leak was coming in through. They resealed it and replaced the roofing tiles and redid everything. Two or three months after they had finished the job, we went through that dry spell where we did not have any rain at all. That was great but we never got to test the roof. Then we started to have some really heavy rain. We called them and they came out and reassured me that it was all fixed. A month or two goes by and we get another really bad rain. It starts leaking again. I called them. They arranged to come out. Of course, they can't come when it is raining. They did the work. Then we waited for the rain again. Then they came out and did the work. It was a total of 4 times that they had to come out and do the roof. Eric Johnson who works for Tartan construction is a sheet rock and painter is a sheetrock extraordinaire. i would recommend him in a heartbeat. It has been a year since and we have had a couple good rains and no leaks. It looks like it is all fixed but it did take about a year. When David Murphy came out, he said the flashing was all done wrong since the house was built and that was why we was having problems. He replaced all of that."

"Matt's response was swift. He came and assessed the work that needed to be done and gave what we found to be a fair estimate. Shortly after returning to his office he called back to inform us that he would lower the price because he found that he had a dumpster available for the rubble. As it was a relatively small project he brought an additional worker. Before starting the demolition they searched along the perimeter of the concrete for the presence of lines or pipes. After ascertaining that it was clear they proceeded to cut the concrete into smaller blocks in a professional and efficient manner. No cracks were created in the concrete that remained . They cleared the area of all debris and left it looking nice and clean. They even graciously consented to remove some broken stepping stones that were in the backyard. We were very impressed with their workmanship and the cleanly cut edges of the concrete. Now the landscaper can proceed to putting in sod as there was no appreciable delay because of the quick response. We will have a backyard to be proud of."
