"They were very nice to deal with at their store and when they came to do the work.  They removed the old windows and installed the new ones in a couple of days and cleaned-up after themselves.  There were no surprises either.  We were very impressed that they replaced a large picture window that was still under warranty from the previous owner. <br />"

"The installation could not have gone better than this one. Called yesterday, installed today even though there is a three week backlog. They arrived early, though raining, erected a canopy, removed old mailbox, located the center for new one, dug a 32" deep hole, positioned post, poured kwikrete, aligned post, covered purchased wood post with Aluminum Whitehall post. They attached mailbox to post and installed the plaques on the mailbox. Their installation is better, more stable than enclosed drawing in that the wood post extends almost to the height of the aluminum post. They cleaned up well and hauled the extra dirt away. Great job!"

"We have used Ton Adams twice to install windows. Our interactions leading up to installation were positive. Expect to wait for an installation date though. It did take a while to get dates on the calendar both times. The crew lead by Jay is awesome, and we requested them multiple times. They are professional, friendly and personable. They took the time to do the installation correctly, and they also took the time to talk to us about issues or info about the windows. There were a couple minor issues. One involved a delivered screen that was not the right size. The other involved a broken piece of one window. Both issues were addressed professionally and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. As mentioned it can take some time to get things scheduled."

"Michael responded quickly in coming out and refilled the areas previously worked on. I was pleasantly surprised he did not charge for the repairs even thought the original work was done 5 years ago. In addition, he was very professional as expected from the last time."

"I believe we got what we paid for. We had Install America out for a quote and they originally priced it somewhere around $16,000. But we got a phone call during the winter asking if a senior salesman could stop by to discuss new pricing. He wasn't pushy at all and told us they would do the roof for $10,000 and we were allowed to select from the more superior shingles, which we weren't in the original quote. Our old roof was nearing the end of its life, so we figured we were getting a good deal and decided to go forward with it. The workers showed up later than anticipated on the start day, and when they finally did, there was nothing on their vehicles to let us know that they were with Install America. No logos on the vehicles or clothing...nothing, so it was pretty obvious that it wasn't Install America doing the work but a subcontractor instead. Nobody came to the door to introduce themselves. Outside of us taking the initiative and coming out to meet them, there was no communication with the workers. I couldn't have picked the foreman out if you asked me to. We have a big roof and the work took 2 1/2 days, which was fine. They would have been done in 2 but they didn't order enough shingles. Not a big deal. The biggest issue we had was that they didn't make an effort at all to clean up the nails in our yard and flower beds. I understand if you miss a few, but I walked around after the job was done and picked up 250+ nails. We have 3 kids and a dog. Granted, it was January and they weren't playing outside much, but I was still finding nails 6 months later. My wife called to complain, but she kept getting the run-around with Install America. All this to say that we definitely wouldn't go with Install America again if we had to. There was just a lack of professionalism by the subcontractor and Install America (afterwards, not prior to the work being done). We are satisfied with the finished product, but it just seems as if they were happy to take our money, but didn't care about customer service at all."

"In the beginning when I was trying to contact them to do an estimate my phone calls were not answered very promptly. We played a little phone tag.   When an estimate was done; it was a reasonable price.  Due to the lateness in the warm weather season it was about a month and one half until the start of the job. They took care of getting no parking signs to reserve room for their truck and equipment.  They showed up about 10 am and went right to work. Other than a short lunch break they worked until about 3pm. The guys did not seem to mind explaining what they were doing.  At the end of the day they cleaned up the area.  Because the railing was to be custom made it was not installed until three weeks later. Two days before they came to install the railing their office gave us a heads up call. On a Saturday with a light rain they showed up when we were told they would. When they finished they cleaned up as they had before.  The way these men conducted themselves never made me wonder if they knew what they were doing. <br />"
