We were very impressed with the two guys who actually did the installation work: they showed up on schedule, put down floor cloths, vacuumed as they went and completely cleaned up before they left. They completed all the work in less than one day. And are very happy with the way they look and perform. My only disappointment is that we requested some additional work on four separate occasions because we liked the work the RJW did, but they have not responded to our requests."
