We decided to let them do some landscaping and I should have known better when I never got a final drawing of the plan. I trusted them. It looks pretty amateur and I am very disappointed in the final outcome. They didn't follow the plan when it was finally done. They used plants I didn't want and said I would pay for them anyway. They ruined some of my neighbors yard and were very sloppy with their equipment. My yard looked terrible after the landscaping and they never fixed it despite asking them to do so. "Matthew and his team did a fantastic job at all stages of the project.  Once they started the project, the deck was completed quickly.  The workers were friendly, and they did a good job cleaning up after completion.  They uncovered a few unexpected problems: a little bit of rotting wood that was revealed after removing the old deck, and potential water problems associated with poor downspout placement when the old deck was put in.  In both cases they came up with good solutions.  The deck itself looks great, and we have already hired Iowa Home Consulting for additional projects. <br />"
