"We thought we needed just our washer drain unclogged so we called the company that had fixed that before, you guys. Guys came out. Under the house they discovered rusted sewer lines. When we had our plumbing redone years ago, the company who did those did not remove the old lines. Those old lines were up against the sewer lines and were corroding our sewer lines. So we had to replace the sewer lines. A broken line just before the city line was discovered so we had to replace that too. Anyhow, we so appreciated the kind workers who smiled and waved at us. They worked around our water schedule as we have a physically disabled adult son we care for. They let us watch all the things they had to do. I took pictures and the guys were fine with that. My brand new front yard was not ruined by trenchless sewer system that went in. And my yard looks like we never had sewer lines done. It was amazing. Yes, we would recommend you to all."

They replaced a faulty "Push-on" tub faucet, which has a gate valve for turning the shower-on / off, with a soldered-in unit whose engineered construction is much-more reliable and less-prone to leaking around the half-inch pipe to-which it was soldered onto. While their service charge was more than having a "handyman plumber" do the job, they absolutely guarantee the quality-AND-reliability of the materials-and-installation work provided; it's well-worth that additional cost....... "I called Dependable Rooter & Plumbing in an emergency as my sewer line had backed up and was overflowing onto the driveway. Andrew arrived within just a few hours of me calling, which was great. Between the time I called and the time he arrived, they kept me updated on status and arrival time. They were great at setting expectations. He introduced himself and explained the pricing structure and potential work. I agreed, and he quickly went to work checking the system. His findings revealed root intrusion into the riser that affected draining. He performed a hydrojet service and main line machine service to clear the roots and line.
