"It was excellent! Our family could not be anymore satisfied with Mike and Judy's professional guidance and attention to detail, for our total kitchen remodeling. We are a family of five and Mike worked daily, persistently, to get us back into our kitchen. Everything went smoothly, ordering cabinets and countertops, flooring and tile .We were impressed with Mike's cleanliness. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Terrible company. Do NOT pay for a service contract with them for your home. My HVAC unit broke unexpectedly but due to old age, normal wear and tear from previous homeowners. Usual stuff. I got all the documents needed and sent them over and RWS underpaid my estimate by $7K. Have estimates of over $9K and they sent me a check for $2,144. I live in a very expensive area, you cannot just assume everything costs the same in every area of the country. Oh, and you will waste WEEKS trying to get in touch with someone to get an answer, a response, or some type of resolution. Meanwhile, you are paying them to help you with things like this only to receive less than a third of the cost of what you PAID someone to do. It's not worth it. Cheap company, terrible service, don't waste your time or energy."
