I contacted three companies and the owner Jim Reich contacted me within 15 minutes and scheduled a date to come out and look at my yard two days later. One company never contacted me and the other company couldn't come to my house for a month. Jim actually showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained how he would treat my yard. My yard has never looked better and I would go with his company over the large companies that send out a different person each time and never show up when they say they will"

"One of the last times they were here, they sprayed the trees, they also sprayed my Oakleaf Hydrangea and killed it so I was not happy with that. I think they were pricey. When we first started using them, it was fairly reasonable but the price kept going up. They used to have a wonderful guy who had serviced our trees. He really took care of me. He lived in the area so he enjoyed looking at them when he went by but I think that after he left, the service was not as good, and I think they need to have people who are better trained."
