"D&L was very professional from the beginning to the end. The crew was very efficient and did an excellent job on my large basement. They fixed any flaws that were in the drywall and communicated very clearly. during the process. I was amazed on how neat the paint lines were around trim, and doors was without taping. Upon completion of the job, they cleaned up and removed all painting tools and left the area very clean. I would recommend them and will use them again for a future paint projects. Last but not least their pricing was very reasonable and I did not have to pay them a dime until I was satisfied with the job."

"Edwin was very responsive and was the only painter that I contacted on Angie’s List who replied for my request for estimate in a timely manner. He had a good price and kept in touch with me about scheduling so our job was able to be done sooner when an opening came up in their schedule. His crew was on site every morning at or before 8:30 AM for the job which took 4 days. They did a good job on the painting, pressure washing and window cleaning and were very responsive when we pointed out small issues which they quickly took care of for us. Throughout the process Edwin communicated to us in person, via email, and via text messages to discuss paint colors and specific requests. All in all, they did good work for a good price and are the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended!"

"Wow! Not sure how to say it more...just wow! Edwin, Leo, and the Pena team are amazing. They painted the exterior and interior of my home. Took about 2-weeks which isn't bad for such a big job. They were pleasant, experienced, and went over and beyond my expectations. On the exterior of my home, they found rotten wood behind my chimney (which I never would have seen) and replaced the wood immediately. In the interior of my home, they moved heavy furniture to paint behind. Absolutely amazing! I chose wisely with Pena Brothers. I would hire them again without hesitation. I received Edvin's name (owner of Edram) as a referral. I asked him to come over and look/bid on a job that I was having done. He was on time and friendly. Edvin came with some of the best ideas to maximize the space. At this point I had spoken with two other contractors and like his ideas and plans the best. I also liked that he would be on site doing most of the work himself. He and his team started quickly and worked hard when on sight. Edvin's communication and attention to detail was key in making sure there was not any issues that need to be redone or changed. This limited the time of the job and addition costs to me. He allowed me to order some of my own finishes and materials, even though this cost him and the team additional time on the job waiting for them to arrive. The finished product was great they did a 100% custom job ad a very fair price. I highly recommend this company and have giving his name and number to others all ready.

"They did good on painting and floor installation. However when finished they didn’t put the wall plate covers and door stoppers that was removed back on. They gave a quote for everything that I needed done but then came back with a different quote and reasoning. There was just a lot of miscommunication on pricing and material. They had me to order more mixed paint than was needed. Other items that weren’t needed."
