"This job was a horrific experience. I was told the job was to take 2 days. It took 4 months to be able to use my washing machine and not have it back up into a bathroom. I had to drive to a laundromat for months to do wash. Was I reimbursed for this expense and inconvenience...No. After months and months of back ups, a sub-contractor had be brought in to fix my pipes. The sub-contractor told me I need a special high flow toilet that is not available retail. Performance never told me how to take care of the disaster they created long term. Performance never told me about nor offered to supply me with this item. My bathroom was trashed by Performance with no compensation or apology from Performance. The billing department processed a loan without my permission, 4 months before the job was done. I had to file a complaint with the loan company to get an invoice. The billing department refuses to speak with customers. I have never received an apology nor any discount from the owner. Absolutely not happy with this company."

"Excellent from first call to completion of job. Mark was very quick to respectfully respond to all my inquiries and questions. He even gave me the name of the distributor of the water heaters to help me get answers to questions he was unsure of about the product. I got all my questions answered and when I finally ordered my water heater from Mark, I felt totally confident that I got the best heater choice for my needs. His price was very competitive to other quotes I received for the job. Water heater was installed within a few days of my ordering it and was done by two of his employees. They were well trained, very clean and competent and did a beautiful installation. All work was completed in under two hours. They patiently answered all my questions as they worked and were very professional from start to finish. The heater looks and works great and I am more than satisfied. We are a licensed and insured air conditioning company. We specialize in the installation, repair of all types of systems. Residential and commercial.

"DO NOT Hire this company. They are TERRIBLE. They sent a technician (Jason Stewart - showed up wearing sandals and gym shorts) to come take a look at my AC unit. This gentleman had no CLUE what he was doing. My AC unit was not cooling. He decided to install a hard start kit and he charged me $310 for it, I went online and saw a few for $28. Ten minutes later the AC stop working. He played with some wires and left. 10 minutes later we called him again because the AC was still not working. He came back and changed the capacitor and left. 15 minutes later the AC unit stopped working again, he returned at 9pm to play with the wires again. This time he claimed I needed a new AC Compressor, he quoted me for $1,800. He took $300 deposit. The next day I got a second opinion from ARS Rescue Rooter. The first thing they did was open the furnace, 30 minutes later my AC was up and running. I called Morgan Air to explain the situation, they came back to collect their starter kit and their capacitor, however they are still refusing to give me my $610 back. Please call a different company, Morgan Air will lie and SCAM you."
