He really went above and beyond in completing my multiple small projects which including fixing several doors, painting baseboards, and patching/painting cracks in the walls. He even went above and beyond and asked if he could paint the door threshold which was scratched up while replacing the door hinges. I felt he provided great value, especially in light of how much time effort and attention he put into the work. I was so pleased I added an extra $50 to our agreed upon price as a small thank you."
