"Green Valley came to my rescue again! We had a leak in the house and we were not sure where it was coming from. I called Green Valley, who installed our roof 7 years ago, to see if that was the problem. They sent out a two guys (that day!) to inspect the inside and outside of the roof. They ended up finding that there was an issue with the chimney that was causing the leak and not the roof. Not only did they not charge me for the visit but they gave me a on the spot estimate to resolve the issue. They have always been great from the installation of our roof, as well as an estimate on our window replacement. They are all about customer service and it shows!!!!"

The rehab is being completed on a small commercial building in Keota, IA, that was originally built in 1897. They were regularly involved in making plans for the project leading up to the actual start of construction in August 2019. Their crew has been on the job consistently from day one. The project involves a top to bottom gut and rehab of the structure. Jake and his crew have been great to work with and have been very concientious and open about the project budget and have been great about suggesting alternative methods that could provide better or equivalent results at a lower price.
