Portal to portal, Subcontract the move and make the customer pay to and from Statewide?s location. It?s bad business but we still agreed. I spoke to Tom? his response was how are the movers supposed to get there? Not our problem? we contracted for people not your truck. Don?t promise a discount for YOUR ERROR and snake us with a charge we never would have to pay. "
