Exterior Arts, LLC has done two other jobs for us in the past, rebuilt our deck and installed new composite siding on a bay window that we have. They did an excellent job on these projects as well."

Worked unit by unit, removing old roofing in the AM and completing deck and eave prep and new roofing installation before leaving in the evening, so as not to leave a bare roof deck overnight. Supplied several well-trained, efficient, safety-conscious, courteous crews. Thereafter, a separate crew replaced gutters and downspouts, extruding gutters on-site to precise length. Lyster did all detailed work required by the contract. Impressed me and the other board members. Our manager had used Lyster before to re-roof a similar one of his other properties and recommended Lyster."
