"Josh came out to to give me an estimate for some outdoor electrical work today and was prompt and professional. He listened to what I was looking for and gave me ideas to enhance the plan. While here he helped me with a broken lamp and even came back after he left when I realized had a problem with a circuit breaker that tripped and I could not get the appliances back on. All at no cost and before we discussed estimates for the main work. It is rare to see this type of service and I greatly appreciate his help. Thanks Josh!"

"We hired Bill Mullen Electric to remove the knob and tube from our historic home, as well as a few other jobs like adding outlets etc. They were one of the best contracting experiences I have ever had and can not recommend them enough. They were professional, courteous, responsive, timely and did great work with wonderful attention to detail. The K&T job was done with care and minimal creation of holes in the wall, and they patched also! Excellent work overall and highly recommend."

"Facts: contacted company to schedule service. Two weeks before electrician would arrive. Electricians arrived on time. Review electrical problems with technicians (two showed up). Left electricians to survey the home's electrical system. Met with electricians about current immediate problem. Agreed that the state of the system required someone specializing in old homes with legacy electrical wiring. Technicians informed me they had someone on staff who could survey the home and provide solutions to remedy the existing problem and possible overhaul of the system. They said they would escalate the problem to the appropriate person. I asked when is a reasonable time to wait before hearing back from the company. They said by the end of the week. I asked again how long to hear back - thinking that the end of the week was optimistic since it took them two weeks to get to the house. They said again by the end of the week. I waited until the following Wednesday and after not hearing anything from them left a review on the company website. Later that day a manager contacted me to discuss my review. NOT to discuss the possibility of getting someone out to the house but specifically the review. He stated a technician called me the day after the technicians were at the house. I have a smartphone they record ALL incoming and outgoing phone numbers. NO number from anyone I didn't know showed up in the phone log. NONE. And if he had called and received no answer NO one from the office bothered to follow up either by phone or by email or by text message. To the people at Oliver, welcome to the 21-century. How about using some the technology available to you for something besides swiping my credit card for the "arrival fee". DO NOT HIRE this company for ANYTHING! And BTW, another company I contacted for the same issue has sent me three text messages to follow up on the appointment that hasn't even happened yet. And I didn't have to wait two weeks to get on the schedule. Oliver, take a hint!"

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

"My hallway and dining room lights suddenly when out. Circuit breaker appeared not to be tripped (no flag or tripped lever). One of Electric Solutions electricians; Bruce arrived on time and performed his trial and error testing to find the root cause. Bruce was very cordial and even wore shoe booties coming into my home after the rain. After various testing, it turns out the circuit breaker did not display the red flag for the given circuit and was actually tripped. Bruce gave me instructions to mark each breaker and double check all breakers in case the red flag did not fully display. I am very happy the lights are back on and would recommend Electric Solutions for their expertise and value."
