"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

They very efficiently removed the carpet wrapped it up brought it to the curb and removed all hardware dust dirt and remnants of the carpet. It was beautifully done. He also pointed my attention to a damaged screen, worn molding on my bay window, and explained the problem of oxidation from the aluminum screens through several years of neglect.
