"We trusted them to clean one of our rugs. They lost it and tried replacing it with a completely different rug. They then promised us if it couldn?t be located they would replace it. They then backtracked and said we were lying about the rug. Please make sure you document every aspect of what they do otherwise they will take advantage of you."
