"He fixed my hot tub over the winter by swapping out the unit?s original electronic box with a third party replacement. It took 3 visits over 6 weeks for he and his high school age daughter to accomplish. He did not provide a written project estimate or parts receipt and made it clear he would not accept responsibility for problems incurred along the way. I had to contact him a few times to remind him that I was still waiting for him to complete the job. He was rude, unreliable, condescending, and untrustworthy. Sloppy workmanship replaced the control panel upside down with glue stains. I suspected I was overcharged on parts and labor costs and taken advantage of due to the weather."
