"John and his crew installed two over the counter light fixtures in our bathroom. The installation was challenging since access to the electric recepticle boxes in the wall was only through the holes in the full-wall mirror that had been cut previously to receive the light fixtures that had previosly been installed there but had to be replaced. Also the company that supplied the new fixtures supplied us with one inappropriate mounting plate.
John and his crew did an excellent job in handling a delicate situation. We are very happy with the outcome, and the new fixtures look great.
John also kindly gave us a briefing on the electrical wiring arrangements for our generator and its transmission box. We are now much better educated in that respect--and particuarly understand better what equipmnt will operate when we are on generator power.

"I originally hired LJ&A to remove some 30+ year old stucco siding and replace with new vinyl siding and fix any rot there might be. The project expanded to include structural repairs. There was a considerable amount of hidden water damage and rot to the building. Lional and his friendly crew expertly advised and corrected all of the issues including re-framing and installing two new windows, repairing a rotted sill plate, and a structural beam. They used quality materials and the workmanship was first rate. While these necessary extra repairs added to the budget, none of it was a surprise. LJ&A's bid was fair and all the added value work they did was outstanding. They didn't try to gloss over major problems or take advantage and inflate the price of the job. Antonio Ferrao sent his truck over within hours of my call and his men inspected my old circuit board and showed me the problem circuit breakers and even the discolored area around one which was heating up. They gave me a quote with 10% off if I could pay cash. I hired them. They came the next day, and kindly kept my generator on so I could have electricity while they shut off the main line to change the circuit board.
