"I was visiting my Mom & Brother in Flushing and was looking for a handyman to do a few projects in my Mom's apartment. Heard back from Carlos, Handy Krlo NYC, very quickly. He was great with communicating right from the start. The bookshelves were leaning and looked like they would be falling down at any minute. Carlos came in and took the books, pictures, glass, etc and packed them up as if they were his own. Then disassembled the broken shelves and made way for the new one. After the new bookshelf went up, Carlos returned everything, very artistically and cleaned up after himself. Every step of the way, Carlos was extremely professional, reliable and respectful.
