Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. But Rick worked with me, adjusting the materials and the design and making suggestions to help me make it happen! The deck was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. "Gino @ Redline did several repair and upkeep jobs for us, including installing a new kitchen faucet, replacing the ballcock in the toilet tank, installing a new door knob, among other help. He was professional, reliable, courteous, got the jobs done. He even went above and beyond when we had issues with a fridge install (different company): he came back free of charge to help us move our heavy kitchen island to make space for moving the fridge. We offered a tip, but he declined that, too. To top it off, he told us to call him when it's time to move the island back. I highly recommend him."

We were working in a tight space with significant infrastructure (electric/water lines) that needed to be considered and I think that John would have rather not had those concerns to worry about, but when issues came up he worked with us to come up with acceptable solutions. "Initially, I was pleased with the work done...the wait was minimal for them to put me on the schedule. The porch was power washed, repaired, resurfaced and sealed exactly as quoted. They cleaned up nicely too. And the results were like a brand new front step without any evidence that repairs were done. I've had a couple of issues since the work has been done...but the company has been very responsive to my issues. This last time the supervisor personally came and fixed the issues himself. Overall, I am pleased with the repairs to my front porch, and know if there are future issues, they will be resolved."

"I have had Antonio and his wife once every other week since about October, 2023, and it has been going very well. They are very friendly and considerate. On the one or two occasions that I mentioned something that needed attention, they were very responsive and accommodating. Truthfully, my house is not real messy (only me and my husband) but they always do a thorough job throughout the entire house. There are 4 BR, 3.5 baths, LR, DR, kitchen, FR, gameroom, and laundry room. Last week they cleaned one of my kitchen cabinets and washed the Waterford crystal inside for a small additional fee. It worked out great because I dreaded doing myself. I do recommend them --- and they are very honest."
