"Apparently I was not on the list given to them, so I had not been called. I tried leaving a message but voicebox would not allow but it was also after 6pm. Honestly I figured they were bombarded w/ orders since this was such a good deal. So I was patient, I even called Angie's list last week saying I think they may have had a lot of volume on this offer. I told them I would reach out to Indy Landscaping again. I was able to leave a message Sat. 9/3. I got a call yesterday afternoon offering to send someone that day but being the holiday & I was not available. He said he could schedule a crew for an hour this Sat. I stated I had paid for 4 hours or 2 hrs for 2 people. He said he would send a 3 person crew for the 1 hour. How much can really get done in an hour. Even w/ 3 people an hour each that is still only 3 hours & I paid for 4 hours of work. At this point I feel I should just get refunded & not bother. I am very workable & understanding if they were overwhelmed w/ the demand. But I shouldn't be shortchanged on something I purchased & made to feel like I'm getting a favor to have an extra person for only an hour of work. I need the help to get the weeds under control, especially since I don't have the tools. They are A rated so my experience is obviously not an overall view. Just was really excited to have such a great offer that I was able to afford & to have such a let down. I didn't want to give a D or F."
