I wanted them to do some extra checking of some sprinkler heads and they really didn't tell me whether they did it or not, I had to call to find out even thought that was part of the service call. With the customer service standpoint, I was really disappointed that they were not proactive in calling me back to let me know. I've used them for other things like they have a store that I go to and they have good selection of greenery, shrubs and they have a good nursery but the service they gave us, I would give them a C. They were very punctual."
