"Wonderful team - from Andres to the foreman Christian and each painter that worked on our job. Our house looks brand new. We've been through 5 floods and so we've worked with plenty of contractors including painters. That's probably why we put off painting the house so long - I dreaded the hassle and risk of a poor quality job. Well stop waiting, these folks are great - Andres makes it so easy. Calm and completely accommodating no matter how often you text him with a question or concern. Simply the best, couldn't be happier. Thanks!"

"This is the second home that I have hired Phillip, and his team with North Shore Painting & Home Improvement, to paint the entire exterior of. Phillip has also assisted me with various repairs on these homes including: window repair, decking repair, waterproofing and pressure washing. Phillip has delivered with each experience and is a trusted resource for me. I have referred his company to multiple others and would be happy to work with him again on future needs. Very professional and dedicated team."

"We warmly recommend Mr. Felix Salgadoâ s company, Diamond House Painting, with complete confidence and enthusiasm. Felix and his workers (Daniel, Juan and Samy) did a fantastic job painting our house and restoring our deteriorated balcony. We were very lucky to find these great guys! Work done: Our two-story, hundred year-old house was genuinely cringe-worthy in appearance, with badly peeled paint on all sides, many rotted weatherboards, missing balcony railing and leaky porch ceiling. Now I am SOOO pleased with how the house looks! Itâ s beautiful!! We should have done this years ago (not kidding). We have had many compliments from admiring (or possibly relieved) neighbors. Felix and his guys sanded, caulked and painted walls and window frames, with very careful and professional attention to containment of dust. They replaced weatherboard siding where needed. For the balcony, they fabricated a new HDLC-approved balcony railing with spindles to match historical photographs, and restored the flooring. They also repaired the porch ceiling with new tongue-in-groove lumber and painted it. Their work was meticulously and thoroughly done, with painstaking attention to detail. The wood surfaces are now completely smooth and look new. While these items were not included in the contract, Felixâ s guys also helped with some â extrasâ including removing a second-story window unit, opening windows that had been painted shut years ago, and closing a stuck-open second story window that was accessible only with a very tall ladder. Professionalism: impeccable. Felix returned emails and calls promptly. He showed up on time for the initial appointment, completed the very reasonable estimate in a few days, and started the job exactly when he said he would. He also came to the job site every day and supervised the work very carefully throughout. This is unique in our experience with contractors. ¬¬¬Impressive. Daniel, Juan and Samy were superlative workers, as were the other guys who helped from time to time. They came to work faithfully on time every day, worked very hard and steadily throughout each day, quietly and professionally. Moreover, their work was of excellent professional quality. As well, they were unfailingly polite, friendly, and respectful of our needs and those of our neighbors. Felix is very lucky to have such excellent helpers, and I am sure that he rewards them with the respect that they deserve."

"Mario remodeled our home after Ida damaged a large portion of it. He did an incredible job, and is very professional and pays attention to the details! We contacted Mario to fix the Ida damage because he redid a rental house for us a few years ago and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and his company. He is always responsive and gives great input when youâ re unsure about any part of the process. I will continue to use One New Creation for any home repairs or remodeling and I always refer him to anyone looking for a reliable contractor."

"SES couldn't have been more pleasant to work with! From their professionalism and kindness, to their transparency with scope of work and pricing, there's not a better company to trust with your renovation/build. Every person we encountered with SES from the Owner to the amazing men and women who worked on the house were kind, honest, and open. It was so comforting to trust the people spending time in our home. They were more than just the staff working on our renovation, they were people we were able to get to know. Here are some bullets to describe our experience as succinctly as possible: Our plan: - My husband and I knew exactly how we wanted the finished product to look, so we were able to provide SES with lots of pictures so they could envision the end goal as well. - We purchased all of the materials for the project (flooring, cabinetry, appliances, backsplash, etc.), and SES made the project come to life! The Details: - On our first call, we were able to schedule a time to have someone come out and assess the scope of work. - Within a couple of days Perry came to the house, assessed our first floor, discussed our plan, and we sent him our inspiration pictures via email. - Within 1 week we had a detailed quote including product and labor pricing. - We were able to schedule a meeting with Perry to adjust pricing since we were purchasing our own materials, and the next morning we had an updated quote within our budget. - Once we paid for permits, the process began and within 6 weeks (because Jefferson Parish took a while to complete the permitting) work started; at this point we had all of our materials ready for the renovation, and all of the work went smoothly from there. - We added on 3 big projects throughout the renovation and they made it so easy. We'd reach out via email, Ashley and Perry would respond with confirmation and pricing, and we'd be able to move forward the following day with the new work. Their process: - Ashley who manages the office, would reach out every evening via email to let us know who would be on site the next day, what time they would arrive, and the scope of work on the list to complete. - If any pieces of work weren't finished on the planned day, Ashley would reach out to let us know why and when the item would be finished. - If anything came up during the renovation that Perry or Luis felt needed to be addressed, they would call us, offer us multiple solutions with pricing, and allow us to chose the option that was the best fit for us. Do yourself a favor and work with them; they're awesome!"

"Jose did a fantastic job staining my fence - the work was incredibly clean and professional, and he was reliable throughout the process. I'll definitely be using his services again for any future needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for fence staining or handyman work."

"Javier and Joe made sure that the painting of an iron fence went well and the finished product looks great. I was surprised at how fast they cleaned, scraped and sanded, primed and painted 300 feet of fence in just 4 days. I asked Joe to paint some lettering gold and he took care of it right away. I would highly recommend Reye's Remodeling as their work is excellent and their price unbeatable."
