"Ordered hitch for my truck, it was custom order. Paid them to install it, as it was very complex and requires special tools. They did the install in 1 day (place is very busy, do not expect walk-in to be serviced immediately), but upon accepting the job I look underneath the vehicle and mentioned 1 screw missing. The guy must have been embarrassed (as he should be for such a sloppy job) and asked me for 20 minutes to fix the issue. So, trust but verify!"
