Estimator - I decided to work with this company because the first person who came to the house immediately knew what I wanted done and did not make up extra renovation needs unlike other contractors who came prior to his visit B. Field Team - very skilled with obvious expertise (1) Demolition and construction crew worked efficiently and was conscientious about protecting bedroom from dirt and dust. Completed their task in one day (2) Lead plumber re-routed pipes and drains for tub and walk-in shower in one day (3) Tile team is impressive - lined shower bed before laying down water resistant mud bed; insatlled cement board for shower walls; applied sealant and then installed tiles with great attention to details (tile alignment and aesthetic arrangement of mosaics) - required 4 days C. Overall craftsmanship of each team is excellent D. At certain supply stores, the customer can get the same purchase discount as the company E. I come from a military family and appreciate people who work with honor, integrity, and great character. I felt like they respected my home and gave me what I asked for. CONS (1) This company is very busy with a small crew so the process took longer than would have been required if they were only scheduling one job at a time. But I felt fortunate that my "small" job was worth the company's time. (2) The bathroom was in various stages of repair over 1-month. Nonetheless, I was patient because of the obvious worker skill sets. (3) Overall communication could be improved; but, fortunately for the customer and the company, the ladies in the office are responsive to inquiries"
