Billing is usually paid upon serviceing for homeowners, businesses that require a billing period will be left with a reciept of service to be paid within 30 days of the service date. I do establish a personal rapport with my customers, as to work with them on delaying a payment on an occasional basis if necessary.

Technicians do work after 5:00 PM and Saturday if needed.
