"I have done business with Whittier Plumbing & Heating for a number of years. I have been consistently impressed with their professionalism and the high quality of their work. But I have appreciated even more their immediate response on a couple of occasions when we had an urgent problem -- heat stopped working in the winter; a radiator pipe sending a flood of water into an upstairs bedroom. One emergency occurred on a weekend; the other took place on a holiday when Whittier was not open. In both instances they responded to my phone call and had someone on site and dealing with the problem as quickly as I could have hoped. They do a great job, they work efficiently, they charge a fair price for their services, and they take care of their customers. I couldn't recommend Whittier Plumbing & Heating more highly. We thought he was going to fix it that day, but he said that this was a diagnostic appointment. Which is fine so we paid him $165 and he was to come back that week to fix it with the part.
