Matthew guided the whole roofing job from beginning to end and was absolutely one of the nicest young man I have ever met. He answered in person and by phone whenever I contacted him, he never rushed me, he explained everything that was going on and found many problems the so called 'contractor' who put on the roof in 2012 didn't do, just to save money. I bought the home in 2013 and the house passed every inspection and after moving in, the problems started, spent a lot of time and money repairing the ceilings in the dining room and living room. Forrest and Son worked very hard to bring the roof up to code and found so many problems and I am very grateful to them for helping me and charging a fair price for all the work that was done. "Mr. Parks called me. We set a time to meet. He arrived on time. He went to my roof,took photos of areas that needed repair. He said he could do the work that day. He gave a reasonable price and I gave him the go ahead. The job was completed in about 2 hrs. Mr. Parks showed me pictures of the finished roof repairs and the entire roof coating with sealant. Mr. Parks cleaned up and carted away all debris. Very excellent work."

"Replacing a roof is not a glamorous task as there is lots of old roof debris to discard. Our house roof pitch and gable design didn’t make it easy to place a dumpster container in the driveway to slide everything into. Proguard Restoration and their crew manually removed all the debris on to tarps and hand carried them to the dumpster container. After everything was completed you would have never know they were there. Cleanup was perfect! There was even an issue with one of the tarps that accidentally went into the pool and Proguard Restoration had a Pool Company come and clean it afterwards. A special thanks to Randall Moore for the great communication throughout the entire process and for taking care of a few punch list items. We could not be more pleased with Proguard Restoration and would highly recommend them for any project. Thank You for our incredible new roof!!"
