"A rep for the company came and gave the installation and sale details. They arrived a week after I contracted them. It was February so they could start right away. The roofers were excellent and answered all questions as they went along. They discovered major rot under one side of the home, took pictures to show the damage and then explained how they would repair the damage. The repair was excellent. They removed all debris without a single asphalt piece or nail surrounding the home. The roof looks great and I feel pleased that I will not have to think too much about replacing a roof again in my lifetime!"

As far as financing, the <br /> magnitude and cost of the project exceeded what we had budgeted and we found out just how difficult it is to <br /> secure financing for rental property, especially if you are setting up a used mobile home. Consequently, we had <br /> to break the project into two phases. <br /> The demolition of the old house and initial site preparation went very smoothly as can be seen in this 8 minute <br /> YouTube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWaJEgV2iJE). <br /> Getting the mobile home onto the pad was a bit more interesting since the ground was still very muddy from all <br /> the rain we received in June and July. Fortunately, Greg Bragg of Bragg Builders had the foresight to keep a <br /> bulldozer onsite. As can be seen in this 8 minute YouTube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ioZ1IFl-3CQ), <br /> the bulldozer was absolutely essential. <br /> The only other issue related to Bragg Builders portion of the project was a ruptured water line. Prior to <br /> constructing the gravel pad a brand new water line was installed and was even packed in sand to ensure rocks <br /> would not rupture the line. Unfortunately, a rupture occurred anyway. Fortunately, the contractor promptly <br /> installed a new water line, at no charge to us. <br />"

"We ended up going with a company referred by our contractor. They were more expensive but seemed to be in business longer.  I would consider Atlantic Gutter for other projects. <br />"

I would still recommend Pearl Contractors for any roofing work that you may need. <br /> <br /> Spring 2015. <br /> Contacted Pearl to inform them that the flashing around my chimney is leaking. <br /> <br /> August 2015 <br /> After some discussion with Troy, the owner and Chris his assistant manager we have decided that the flashing around the chimney should have been replaced at the time of the original installation. because it was not, Pearl Contractor's has replaced the flashing as a warranty repair. Pearls states this chimney flashing is a $750 value. I am happy to have a roof that no longer leaks."

"They did a great job except for one thing.  I have a pole in my front yard that holds a light.  When I had that originally installed they attached it to the side of the roof. When they put the new roof in they had to momentarily detach the pole. When the contractor put it back they did not put screws in the pole, but instead they used nails. Soon after this snow pulled down the and broke the light. This was due to the fact they did not secure it with screws. I called them and they said they would come out and take care of it. This was last spring, and they are still giving me the run around. I keep calling them and they keep saying they will be coming out, but they have not done anything yet. They did a really good job on the actual roof. I am just getting tired of them giving me the run around. "
