I have used them twice now and in both cases they were very responsive to phone calls and was able to schedule both jobs very quickly. "I went with Ken because of all the roofers I spoke to, he was the only one that wanted to address my concern about attic ventilation.  All of the other roofers just wanted to slap shingles up.  Ken, on the other hand, actually looked inside the attic and came up with a plan to get better ventilation in the attic.  With the winters we've been having, I wanted better ventilation to help mitigate any issues with ice dams.  His plan was to open up the soffit along the whole front and back sides of the house and put in a perforated material to allow much more ventilation than the small vents every 8 or so feet that I had.   Ken also had no problem pulling back the siding by the dormer windows and shed dormer because there was no flashing.  I even asked Ken if he could go overkill and use 12' of ice and water barrier from the bottom of the roof.  All of my concerns were addressed and I felt comfortable letting Ken's crew do the work. <br /> I am pleased with the work done.  The roof/skylight was complete in one day, but everything else took a little longer than expected.  I had asked to have the siding by the dormers to be pulled back so that flashing could be put in place.  I had issues with leaking by the dormer windows because there was no flashing.  However, apparently my siding was a non-standard size and had to be special ordered.  This delayed the process for a bit.  Now the work is complete, and I'm happy everything turned out great! <br />"

"We called them on Tuesday, and they came that Friday to give us a bid, which was lower than other bids we'd gotten. More importantly, they said that an issue that concerned us did not need to be addressed, when they could have gotten us to do work we didn't need. We gave them the go-ahead the following Thursday, and the Tuesday after that they came with a big crew and did the job in one day. So it was only two weeks from the initial phone call to the completion of the work, and the new roof looks great!"

"Connell Roofing replaced our existing roof with a new GAF Timberline ULTRA HD asphalt shingles, including some copper valleys and three solar roof vents. In addition, Connell installed a new gutter and downspout system replacing our 20-year old LeafGuard system with new covered gutters by Leaf Relief. Chris Kent, the salesperson, sat down with us during the contract process and explained the entire process, the types of materials, and warranties. He was very professional and informed and answered all our questions during the meeting and follow up emails. Chris also visited the site during both installations to ensure compliance with our contract. Zach Tentoni, managed the installation, and was very detail oriented, ensured compliance with the contract and expectations, and was on site during the installation as well being available by phone in case we had questions or concerns. Zach’s workmen including Mike, Curtis, Matt and Sammy were excellent, very accommodating and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had during installation of the roof and gutters. They were ver efficient, produced a quality product, and cleaned up well after the jobs were done. Zach performed a walk around upon completion. It was made clear that if we had any issues or problems post-completion, Zach was prepared to send members of his team back in to repair or fix anything that might occur. My wife and I are more than pleased with Connell Roofing and would highly recommend them."
