"The gentleman arrived promptly after contacting him about a leak we discovered on the upper floors of my home. He gave me a free estimate for the damage repair, and for a total roof replacement(that I asked for-he was not pushy). After a few other estimates, my wife and I decided to hire Done Right for the repair, and we were not disappointed. . He arrived the day of the repair on time with his coworker. He left shortly after and soon returned. When I asked him why, he sited he wasnâ t satisfied with the color matchup for the shingles that he chose for my home, and left to get completely different shingles. There was no additional charge.
