We were dealing with years—decades, even—of deferred maintenance and patchwork repairs left from previous condo boards that didn’t want to invest in proper fixes. Over about three weeks, Kash1 Construction transformed our garage ceiling from a poorly taped, partially painted, mold-damaged surface into a bright, smooth, even, and mold-free ceiling. As vice president of this condo association, I’m extremely pleased with the results.
