Though that did not sit well with me and was a red flag, I gave him a second chance after he called and apologized. 2. He changed the initial price quoted for the job. I desperately needed the job done so I went along with it. 3. He did not having the tools to complete the job. 4. He asked me as the customer to assist with job. I had to leave a meeting call to help. As per our initial conversation, it was a 2 person job which he tried to complete himself. 5. He had to interrupt my work to borrow my tools. I guess his was not working. 6. He kept running back and forth to Home Depot in the middle of the job to get tools. 7. In the end I spent ~$350 on a botched job that I now have to again hire someone to complete. I"
