"Horrible!! Avoid him at all costs!! I hired him to regrout my stone steps and reset them. I had a beige grout and he put an orange grout that was horrific! he said it would fade it didnt. He then came out grinded the grout damaged our stone, took samples of our grout to match and never saw him again!! he took our money, screwed up our steps and ran!!! BEWARE"

"I hired J.Andrade about a year ago to remedy a botched roof job from another contractor. J.Andrade was punctual and professional. He went to the roof and took pictures to show me what the problem was and what needed to be done. The price he quoted seemed reasonable. When he completed the job, and he took pictures to show what he did. J.Andrade explained everything to me in a manner that I would understand. I did not have any more problems with the roof."
