"Excellent. Have used Rick multiple times over multiple years. Three times in the last few months alone. He removed a tree at my son's home and the neighbors voluntarily commented about how well the tree and stump were removed and how thorough the job site clean up was. The best example of how much Rick cares is that when I asked him to prune a willow tree (that may be nearing it's end of life) he suggested that we instead do a fertilization process on the tree to see how well it responds. If it responds well we'll prune next year. If it doesn't then we've not wasted money on pruning a dying tree. I no longer even think of calling anyone else for tree work.
