Gene’s strength is to work collaboratively with his client to ensure the project meets the customer’s expectation. This project changed a couple of times based on what we found during demolition. Gene provided options and was always upfront about the cost of each option. We set out a schedule and the crew showed up on time for the day and on schedule for the week. I am very happy with the work."

"On May 2023 Imperial contractor NY LLC/ New Order LLC was hired to remodel my kitchen. This was a complete gut project. They relocated plumbing, relocated wires, opened wall, removed kitchen backyard door and build a pantry. At midway of the project the contractor did not show up for two weeks. Whenever I contacted the contracted he would give me a story. After he finally informed me he was completing another job. When the contractor did showed up again he would work maybe 1 or 2 days out of a week. Now, six weeks into the project the contractor installed vinyl floors, cabinets, farm sink, countertops, ceiling lights, wall tiles. The contractor did an horrible Job with paint and the vinyl floors. They left the basement a mess. I have to hire another contractor to paint and do the vinyl floors. Also some how my patio sliding door shattered as they were working. The contractor did not offered to replace my patio door. This experience was a nightmare."
