"Excellent. Parks Tree provided a quote and certificate of insurance. On the day of the tree removal the crew showed up early. As they removed the tree, the crew kept cleaning up the area. The tree came down in about half a day. Part of the crew stayed to grind the stump, spread dirt, grass seed and hay over the area where the tree had been. The crew was very personable. I recommend this company highly."

After contracting Inspeyered for $7,500 (pruning, planting) and taking his advice to plant a hardier variety than I originally identified, Mike and his crew did excellent work and I was pleased. He never came back as he said he would to water in the 12 trees with a particular mixture. Which I reminded him of when they all started dying 3 months later. Mike returned and, in fairness, I offered to split the cost of new trees thinking I must have needed to water more also, despite the intermittent rains. The remaining 2 were then dying and Mike said he?d come back for those. I called, texted, emailed, contacted him through his website, ? after months of no response he said ?I am sorry and will take care of it as soon as I can.? 8 months later, now 1 1/2 yrs since the dying off, I called with additional pruning needs, followed by yet another text/vmail, still waiting"
