"From the moment I first talked with Mr. Wayne Null of Fox Brick he was extremely friendly and professional.  He gave me the basics of what was needed during that call, and after I had emailed him the insurance information for the drunk driver, he assumed full responsibility for working with the driver's insurance company.  From that first phone call I did virtually nothing except authorize Mr. Null to proceed with whatever work was needed to complete the project.  After the insurance was vetted, he sent me and the insurance company a full statement of services to be performed.  I authorized work to proceed by email, and within less than three days the work was completely finished.  He not only replaced the old unit but actually improved it by replacing the older style metal mailbox, which has rusted out, with an aluminum unit that will never rust.  The quality of the work is superb.  We are extremely pleased not only with the final product but with the outstanding service provided by Wayne, his staff, and the entire company.  We give them our highest recommendation.  Fox Brick is a first-class company providing superior service. <br />"

"Out of three, Rusty Hill was the only mason I called who answered his phone. I left multiple messages with two others and never heard back. Rusty came out and gave me an estimate, told me how long it would take him to fix it, and how he would do it. I hired him a week later when I was unable to get a response from any other masons. He contacted me a few days later to set up the day to start the work. On the day arranged, he and his crew showed up on time and went right to work. Rusty kept me informed as the work went along, and indulged my interest in coming up on the roof and observing the process. He explained everything he did and came and got me when the new cap was on so that I could see it before they removed the scaffolding. The job was finished in two days, as Rusty had promised, came in under the estimate he gave me, and I did not have to pay him a penny until the job was done and I was happy with it. In addition, he cleaned my gutters and he and the crew left the patio in better condition than it was in when they started, cleaning up everything. The roof was well-protected throughout the entire job, and cleaned at the end of it as well. All in all, the best kind of experience with a tradesman."

"My dealings with this company went very well.  We had lived in our house 11 years and had never used the fireplace gas log.  I decided I wanted to use it occasionally but wanted to have it inspected and cleaned.  When I called Aynes Enterprises, the lady in the office explained the cost very clearly.  The minimum charge would be $95, and the charge could go up to $159.95 if repairs needed to be made or anything other than a basic inspection and clean.  The work was scheduled, and the serviceman came at the appointed time.  He was very neat, tidy, and pleasant.  He suggested that we add more lava rocks to the base of the fireplace for cosmetic reasons.  I have a good impression of this company and will use them again. <br />"

"Fence looks good, one post was cut to short so there is a visible dip, not a huge issue. Was not the best at communication in trying to set up times and getting papers signed bid submitted that was needed by our HOA, but overall fence was completed in 2 days very quickly not sure if price was comparable. I will say no other fence company answered or responded to request to have a fence installed."
