"They did a good job. They came out pretty much when they say they would and they did get it done. I found them from Angie's List and they have a lot of good reviews but the thing that I didn't like was he said that it would only take like a day or two and it sounds like he didn't communicate well. The first time I called they didn't call me back and I tried to contacted them through the e-mail from Angie's List and the owner that comes checked that out really quick. So he came, he check and saw that I e-mailed and I talked to one of his workers between that. He got right back to me as soon as he got involved. He got the estimate and we talked about the job. They came out here and they ended up working week and what it sounds like was however he delegated the job, he didn't delegate enough people for the job that needed to get done. It rained when they are in the middle of working and they covered my porch roof but it leaked a little bit. It didn't turn out that anything was really injured, they really felt sorry about that and offered to do anything that I needed to to make it right. I got my job done and got it done well but there were definitely some glitches. They cleaned up nicely. The employees were nice and the employee that was on site felt terrible, he felt that it was taking so long for it to go through, he felt that he must calculated and I guess what happened was he had ordered the roofing for the porch and it was suppose to be delivered but our delivery time was off. He felt like it can get it done before the rain comes but then because it wasn't delivered on time he was not able to do that and got into trouble. Then the owner came out to find out what was going on, he's going 'Oh my God, we really didn't put enough people on this job which the guy actually out here didn't say all along', but generally they were professional group and they know what they were doing."

"I am very happy with the service and especially the price. The cost of re-roofing depends on the area of your roof and I wish more Angie's List reviews would quote the area of their roofs. My roof is 28 squares (2800 square-feet) and they used 31 squares of shingles; there is waste due to cut edges, valleys, and ridge vents. They left me 1 extra bundle for future repairs (3 bundles = 1 square = 100 square-feet). I got 4 other estimates ranging from $6,800 to $8,600 and one of those said my roof area was over 35 squares! So, GET MANY ESTIMATES to avoid being overcharged). I'm very happy for an honest job at a fair price, but perhaps I got an October special price? For $6000, I don't mind if I might find a few shingles here and there in my yard in the next few weeks (but in a week I have found none).
The owner and his daughter met with me for over half-an-hour for the estimate and to explain the details. The owner came around about two times each day and I called him several times. Each time he responded quickly and answered my questions. There was a crew of 4 main workers that did the heavy-duty roofing with 2 others to help pass out shingles and clean up. But everyone would pitch in to do what was necessary.

"We are so happy that we went with a local company for our hail damaged roof replacement. From the time we met with Rob, the owner, until our roof replacement was complete was one week. His crew was very nice, respectful, efficient and receptive to my observations / requests. I watched the entire tear off and most of the install and had absolutely no complaints about the manner in which the crew worked. They worked very hard and were very meticulous in their clean-up. We enjoy and maintain the gardens and flower beds around our house and had absolutely no complaints with how they treated our property. There were anywhere from 12-15 workers at any point in time on our roof (house and garage). Although Rob was not on scene for his crew’s work, he was reachable by phone/text all the time and immediately responded to my texts regarding a couple areas I asked to be addressed, even sending a couple crew members out on a Sunday to touch up a cosmetic issue. While we are still waiting for the downspouts and gutter guards to be replaced we now have a 25 year transferable warranty on our roof and their work completely stopped a leak we had been trying to fix for 2 years.
