"Unfortunately, Michael completely ghosted me after agreeing to take on a job, hanging. Christmas lights. He reached out to me, confirmed multiple times that he wanted the work, and we agreed on a price. I went out and purchased all the supplies and had everything set up, including ladders. He no-showed on the first scheduled day, which I was understanding about since it was raining. He assured me he?d be out the following day between 2:00?3:00 PM. I texted several times to confirm. At 1:30 PM I received a message from Mike saying there were no parking spots on my street. I immediately responded, moved my car, and told them they could park right in front of my home. I even brought all the supplies back out to be ready. After that, Michael never showed, never responded, and never answered his phone. Not even a simple courtesy text to say he changed his mind. Just complete silence. Totally unprofessional. "

"Do not use this company. They came to SC door to door to trim/remove trees. Come to find out they aren’t even licensed here. (I don’t even know if they’re licensed ANYWHERE) Many neighbors used them and they left all the debris on the side of the road which is illegal. The town was notified and none of the trees were trimmed according to ordinance. This “business” should be shut down. They’re a bunch of thieves. They will not return any phone calls. Use your money for a company that cares about their customers. STAY AWAY."
