"I can’t say enough great things about Cincinnati Lawn Services, and the owner Jeremy. I hired them to install a patio and Jeremy was professional, polite, and amazing to work with. He walked me through picking out the right pavers and took a trip to the nursery together to pick out the plants for the landscaping. I was so pleased with their work that I hired Cincinnati Lawn Services to handle year round maintenance for my lawn. They do a spring and fall cleanup, as well as lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and tree maintenance. The guys are always reliable, professional, and friendly. "Overall it was great service - you need to know what you could expect. Although job started later than originally agreed, the whole team took a time to clean the area and prepare for cutting. They were very careful with each branch not only to avoid damage to the roof or tho the house, but as well not to mess the garden!. Branches were immediately cut and removed (onto the trailer). This team worked hard, and fast, making sure everything is left in excellent condition. Few thinks that you need to be ready, and accept as it is: They are trying to be on time, however, I would say it is "work in progress" (accept that it might be some delays, not huge, however...) If they would need to continue work next day - they will ask for partial payment. They are honest, and they will give you the receipt, and they will come next day, and yes they will complete agreed job, just be prepare that might happened. They were very polite and respectful, however like lots of younger people, some inappropriate jokes might be expected. Overall, GREAT work and well earned every single $.... they know how to do the job, and yet price reasonable."

"I have been using Steve Hall since spring of 2006. At first we were very pleased, as he seemed to judge when the lawn needed to be cut and varied the interval to match the growth of the lawn. He tended to cut the grass fairly tall and I liked this as the health of the lawn was good even during dry spells and it tended to keep weed from growing. This year has been very different. His team seems to have lost their professionalism. The grass is cut much shorter and with less care, he "weed eatered" two small trees that I had planted this Summer. And this year he charged us for service nearly every week from April through Nov 26, even during the slow grass growing portion of the late Summer and Fall. He charged us for at least one week when no service was performed. The past two services were mysteriously charged at $60 rather than $45."
